Couple of images seem to be taken outside the LKO premises. I was almost expecting that I would see ASH images as well since it basically is barely a km down from LJN.

Yup. Some pics are from LKO/LJN yard. My visits to ASH are very less as due to traffic conditions in that area and less number of trains as compared to LKO/LJN. I basically went sometimes to ASH LC when I have go to LJN Yard or LJN-CNB, LKO-MB lines crossover.
