No, Blocks are in BSP Division and somewhere between JSG-ROU, nothing between CKP-TATA, CKP division taking the advantages and running more and more Goods trains and thus increasing the delay of already late trains by few more hours and obviously the trains reaching HWH, taking another one hour extra between SRC-HWH as when these late trains finally entering this section, they need to make way for the scheduled trains first..
