He told me that indrayani arrived Pune from Mumbai 10 am and departs Pune 10:15am ..... ( 45 minutes late )
And arrived Solapur at 13:15 ( 15 minutes before )

Only if the bhigwan to Mohol doubling completes....
This is extreemly delayed project even if being part of golden quadrilateral, reasons being passive interest of railway authorities and no interest of politicians in this area for this route.
Feel that This route is purposefully neglected.
Pune Miraj doubling & electrification started recently and they are in full swing.

Their is any reason to delay this Golden quadrilateral doubling and Electrification purposely? On other hand Pune Miraj Londa is being done by other organization than RVNL.
Hospet Vasco Doubling also going on from years by RVNL but still not completely doubled and Electrified.. RVNL is responsible or Railway Board for this delay?

Railway board has already told RVNL not wait for doubling to complete, electrification should be done simultaneously but till now there are no signs of electrification in this section,
However on branch line such as Miraj-Kurduwadi which is a single line the electrification has already started.

May be because it has to return back from Solapur within 30 mins itself thats why it was given top priority to cover up the delay
