hi my 3rc ac ticket on SBC-NZM rajdhani is confirmed for only 1 passenger(out of 2).( from SC to NZM) both of us need to reach Delhi. What can I do??

no need to negotiate on part of money. you are very well entitled to board the train (in case of partially waitlisted ticket). You may ask the TTE to arrange a berth (if any)
