Once I have seen that in Jagannath Exp, They were selling seats for 20/- in Gen. Those people have entered to the coach before it entered to the pf. As advised by one of my friend I did not purchased the seat. They got down when the train started and I got a seat.
yes,they used to do it before in coalfield exp,agniveena,hwh chennai mail,coromondal ,mumbai mail,but now things have chnged
peoples shld beat them up when they will try to sale seats.I guess rpf personnels also gets their share from that money
