I have booked a ticket upto KIR but want to get off at PNBE so that's why asking.
Don't worry, it'll surely stop at PNBE. Since train isn't touching PPTA, so Patna passengers will deboard at PNBE.

I once travelled Ldh umb and train was diverted via cdg. Stopped at cdg for at least 30 min.
