Vaishali originally belonged to MFP (erstwhile Jayanti Janta Express) . And the biggest sufferers of extension of Vaishali till SHC are MFP and SPJ. These two stations gave major chunk of occupancy to Vaishali Express. Now MFP and SPJ ppl have to compete/share the GN quota with SHC, KGG and MNE.
And the maintenance of Vaishali has been horribly deteriorated after extension. My parents were onboard 12553 (MFP-NDLS) on 8th June. My mother isn't a railfan but she was deeply saddened after seeing the maintenance and cleanliness level of the train after extension. (My family always prefers Vaishali 2A since 20+ years)
