Except Rajdhani(average cleaning), I haven't seen any proper maintenance in ECoR trains since long. Let that be Puru, Kalinga or Howrah Superfast. Nandan Kanan/Neelachal ki halat sabko pata hain😂. Still didn't expect this condition in a premium like Shatabdi when PURI CDO has no resource deficit. Cleaning order may be set as ER or ECR then SER then ECoR.

In Seating point of view old icf coaches seating is better,this seating arrangement is more congested and feel like in closed room
