SWR cannot provide trains to HK because the region is split into multiple zones. When we don't blame SCR or CR( you have acknowledged the negligence of CR) for there negligence in providing good connectivity to Bengaluru through there administrative region why single out SWR. SCR and CR run so many holidays specials then why can't they provide connection to SBC. SWR should listen to needs of people under its jurisdiction and if it extends the train its own train to its own territory I don't think anyone can question it.
