See Howrah-Puri Shatabdi exp is already not a profitable train for ECOR except Festival season it s occupancy not very good. I feel it can get converted to an Intercity train in future. Main reasons being high ticket prices, running BBS JanShatabdi just ahead of Shatabdi with few hrs gap in both up and down direction so pax travel more on BBS JanShatabdi from BBS to HWH route.
This train SRC-PRDP exp if converted to Intercity type train if my proposed TT

with 10 AM departure from SRC will not affect Shatabdi which leaves Howrah station at afternoon time 14.25 pm... in return also it will reach SRC at 15.45 pm which again will not affect Shatabdi which reaches Howrah station at afternoon 13.40 pm. But it will give an alternative to passengers of CTC, BHC, BLS to Santragachi, Howrah.....
