Atleast TG got proposal for LHB while TN hasn't got even that...
If LHB Comes,there might be heavy downgradations sometimes,so they might start fresh bookings for LHB according to the seating capacity AFAIK..

All the coaches of Telengana LHB didn't arrive so it will take few more days.
1 rake is ready and other 2 was incomplete
...like scr didn't receive all 03 H1 coach PC and Eogs....

I think until Sep, they are not going to adapt LHB for 12723/24. I see that a dedicate LHB rake is being run between SC-BBS-SC as special till Sep (02784/02785).
they will convert it anyday ...earlier even KCG-COA-KCG-KJM-KCG secial used to ply using LHB rake and NH-HYB special ....when they converted Rayalaseema to LHB, they have away these 2 rakes to CDO TPTY and then gave ICF rakes for these 2 specials...
