CR will get 6 BHEL AC EMU rakes... 1 in every month from September.
Semi-AC BHEL rakes not possible due to technical issues.

May be they should start such trains simply to collect trash from bins on platforms and trash generated by stalls of platforms. Should be helpful for island platforms.
