#12401( formerly #12205 NANDA DEVI EXPRESS) NANDA DEVI AC EXPRESS train will very soon be changed to LHB rakes, replacing the old ICF RAJDHANI coaches. I think the change will be done after the train gets extended to KOTA JN. i.e. from 26th AUG. onwards.
The reason is 3AC coaches are offering seats upto 72 per berth.

so I think it can be possible..
