Mandrak was one side technical halt for Nandan Kanan and Neelanchal for Overtake by LJN Shatabdi out of which Neelanchal was made commercial halt one side .... No other reasons for it's halt at Mandrak
oh kay... this seems to be nothing but a conspiracy by railways to malign it's image
