12377/78 halts needed at Jalpaiguri Road & Moynaguri also for Haldibari & Lataguri connection. 12363/64 can not be made daily. for the weekly running train 13181/82 need TT change particularly 13181 can be made to dep KOAA 09.50 hrs, Malda Town a 15.50/d 16.00; New Jalpaiguri a 20.00/d 20.15; New Baongaigaon a 01.15/d 01.25. Rest TT in NBQ-SHTT part unchanged, resulting in speed up of 45 mins of 13181. In Return 13182 can be made to reach KOAA at 12.05 hrs in place of 12.50 hrs, speed up of 45 mins.
If This is made then 09.05 am slot at KOAA station will be available daily for 12363. Also change of TT of 12373/74 SDAH-RPH ICE at SDAH must be done...

Running 12373/74 doesnot make any sense when 12363/64 will become daily. 12363/64 will itself act as an intercity between Kolkata and Rampurhat. Some extra coach can be added to 12363/64 and a halt can be given at SNT to 12363/64, that will more more than enough to serve the purpose of 12373/74.
