Most of the members are voting it zero as no new trains and projects are been mentioned in the finance budget 2019.
Please wait for the pink book to be released before voting.
New Govt and already dismissed rail budget because it was used just for political gain and always one or the other members remained unsatisfied and just to applease stupid runs were runned to make a particular neta happy.
