SCR in their press release simply forgot that their zone extends in Maharashtra also. As usual nothing for Marathwada (NED div), except PBN-MUE doubling (which is already going) and track renewal works and a few regular works! almost 80 to 90 % allocation gone for under forming SCoR zone..even TS did not get much!
No funds for PBN-MMR doubling, no pit-line for AWB. Electrification..no work on ground!... SCR as usual biased! even after huge loss in bifurcation SCR did not learn any lession!
