Now, SER should convert 12821/12822 Dhauli Express into LHB after Ispat Express.
Dhauli exp is now ECOR train not SER train...
After ISPAT Exp SER will lhbfy HWH-DIGHA Tamralipto/ Kandari exp next in SRC/ PDPK CDO Intercity trains i think........
In HTE CDO Intercity trains we want HWH-RNC-PRR Exp to be Lhbfied next

CDO for 12821/12822 has been transferred from SRC to PURI recently. Anyways, being a day time fully loaded train, it deserves LHB fication.
Yes i agree but with ECOR lhbfication of Dhauli exp will not be very fast it will take some time i think....
The existing coach condition of Dhauli exp is not good specially the toilets are in bad shape. ECOR needs to modify the coaches if possible under Utkrist projects as it is a popular tourist train runs packed full year.
