Haanji, coz of services provided. People prefer, Raj over AP especially 1AC coz of service quality. Can chech to n fro bookings from SC in SBC Rajdhani. Almost gaadi yehi khaali hoti hai aur yehi bharti hai. Unfortunately 22691 has RL quota, jiske rehte jyada bookings nahi hoti hai.

Wahi toh, people don't prefer that slot, not only SC Raj, even SC Duronto ke AC coaches khali jaate hi as both of them have similar slots.
Actually SC Raj used to run in SBC Rajdhani slot, later when SBC Raj became daily, SC Raj started sharing it's slot with Chennai Rajdhani, whose slit is suitable for Chennai n offcourse not Hyderabad.
