Yes latest IRTTC proposals not listed Duranto. Godavari is going to get LHB after Narayandri. Already Telangana got LHB which is in that list.
If Duranto has proposed in 2018, then it will get.

LHB conversions proposals possibility is there as they dont need other zones approval.
