One of the worst Duronto I have ever taken. People travelling to West Bengal from Delhi should rather prefer 12302/12314 or 12306 against this train.
Punctuality: 1/5: Though it left New Delhi on time, but from very then it pulled up a every station late. Finally when the train arrived at Sealdah it was late by whopping 3 hours 11 minutes. After crossing Burdwan, this train was literally giving unscheduled stoppages at almost every station.

more... morning when the staff didn't provided us with the bed tea. In Rajdhani, if the passenger is sleeping the staff would wake him up and would give him the morning tea plate. But he actually skipped us, because we were sleeping. He did the same with the other passengers too. The breakfast was served when the train was crossing Gaya, and mind it, it was too pathetic. My plate didn't have butter and the tea kit. The staff was least concerned about the service.
Cleanliness: 3/5: The train was cleaned till Mughalsarai and after that the toilets were overflowing and stinking badly. Even after complaining to the staffs, the OBHS was least concerned about cleaning. At last at Dhanbad the train was cleaned.
Security: 5/5: In this matter I would say the RPF staff and the Attendants did a great job. At least in this matter this Duronto is good.
Staffs: 3/5: The OBHS and the Catering Staffs were the least concerned. This thing needs to be improved.
Overall: I will rate it 2/5. I have traveled in 12274 also, but this Duronto is too much pathetic. I was getting RAC in 12306 at that day, but instead went to this. And I regret my decision for this. If anyone wants to travel from Delhi to West Bengal, I would suggest him/her to take 12302 then 12314 then 12306 then 12274 and then 12260
