How many are Happy with the Govt's decision of cancelling the closure of Garib Rath trains?

no reports nothing. IRCTC is live proof and train also. Seats are vacant. Only some which are very high in passenger numbers are running in profit like Nagpur Duronto, & Howrah Delhi.
Its nothing that special to make a special category in name of luxury and taking charges. Its 3A only. When categorization comes in 3A then normal SF trains tend to loose basic facilities. unnecessary Categorization means you will only give service to one who will pay extra. And humsafars are too slow according to the charges and category. So for what r we paying? And why this unnecessary categorization in between traffic creating hurdles?
People are going with no problems
More than 90% humsafar in past 3-4 motnhs runs with full vacancy and some with 60-70% occupancy
Flop one is like udaipur-delhi, jabalpur-src which runs with 20-30% occupancy
