decided to convert existing ICF rakes of Train no. 16346 / 16345 Thiruvananthapuram Central - Lokmanya Tilak (T)- Thiruvananthapuram Central Netravati Express with LHB rake in co-ordination with Southern Railway. Details are as follows :
