Following are the demands from Daily Passengers from JRLE:
1. Introduction of an express train between Jangipur-Kolkata-Jangipur which should start from Jangipur around 5:30 am keeping the availability of local connecting transportation from various parts of Jangipur constituency and the return train should start from Kolkata (KOAA/HWH/SDAH) around 4:30 pm.
2. Daily passengers have the demand for the stoppages of trains including express/superfast trains that are passed by Jangipur. Following trains should have the stoppage at Jangipur as soon as possible:
