If I Pay 1855 INR to book 3 AC WL ticket and I cancell myself willingly that waitlisted ticket when only 41 Hours are left for the Journey and it was still Waitlisted ticket. How much refund I will get?

Rs. 60 Per Pax + 5%GST. Guess around 65 since its rounded off to nearest round figure.

Plus Bank transaction charges if its E-Ticket will not be refunded back.

5% GST will be only on Clerical charges which is 60 rupees per pax...Not on entire ticket when you cancel a WL/RAC ticket :)
Okay and One more question
If we cancell Rac ticket 11 Hours before
Journey same charges will apply?

For all WL/RAC tickets even after charting stay WL/RAC for cancelling them only clerical charges are applicable Rs. 60 per passenger and Plus GST which comes to 5 rupees in case of AC classes.
