No. The menu remains same and the quality also remains the same.
Speed can be increased but i didn't see any train get speeded up just that it got LHB coaches... These things are just on paper that LHB rakes are with capability can run at higher speeds.
Well, then should start thinking about it. It would be sheer wastage of technology if the coaches were not utilised what they were meant for, apart from serving other purposes. It would be a shame, if bureaucracy came into such things.
