No rake sharing. Have independent 4 rakes. at TVC

Yea.. First LHB rake started today. Lets see when the rest of the rakes will be LHBfied.
Believe all 4 rakes are getting converted to LHB, back to back.
So by 31.07.2019, all rakes of TVC - LTT Nethravati Express should be LHB.

In typical TVC style, they went back from the earlier plan and 16346 has left with ICF rakes today.
But a LHB rake idling at QLN has been moved to TVC yesterday. So another rake of Nethravati Express might get converted soon.
