I predicted this earlier maybe next 58013 Howrah - Bokaro Steel City Fast Passenger will be target.
An early morning train ICE type from ROU to HWH and afternoon return from HWH to ROU through mainline would help, rather than this extension. That is in the opposite timings of Ispat.

For this CKP-HWH Pass, I think the BQA-Masagram-BWN connectivity would have helped, but again ER will come into picture and the track is not yet connected.

1. Not possible if late by few mins then clash will be with BBS-HWH Jan Shatabdi exp , locals after Kharagpur. Return departure from Howrah after 1.30 pm not possible too much rush upto KGP specially there is HWH-BBS Jan Shatabdi exp, HWH-PURI Shatabdi exp, Gitanjali exp, few weekly from Shalimar also, then u have Kandari exp, emu locals of Kharagpur and Midnapur at 1.30 and 2.10 pm from Howrah.
