Service charge + 18% GST
From last few months I was booking current tickets and saved 10% on fare.
Now if I'll book current ticket online, then I'll pay amount of fare equals to window ticket even after 10% rabate on online ticket.

Rather than charging extra service charge, Railway should provide special concessions to promote online booking. What kind of idiotic decision is this to levy additional service charge on the system which is saving money for railways itself!! Online ticketing doesn't reqiure PRS counters neither it requires booking clerks nor the money spent on paying electricity bills then why this additional charge??
Somewhere I heard earlier that govt will give rebate on unreserved ticket booked on UTS application. But now this. And addng money in UTS is still chargeable
