I don't know. But i think 6 hrs are more than enough for PM. They should have rescheduled 22406 to 19.00
Asking just for knowledge..
Can any train which is rescheduled by 3-4 hours due to late running of UP train depart from source before mentioned time (rescheduled time) if it's PM is done??

A very long and mesmerizing journey came to an end.
22406 Arrived with GZB WAP5 30098 at ALJN just after 12554 Vaishali express with HOG CNB WAP7.
Later Journey was started as soon as Garib Rath departed ALJN at 23.20 the WAP 5 soon attained 130 MPS before DAQ and the train was running fantastic until it faced a chain pulling at Mitawali.. after that around 00.20 G Rath arrived TDL. After some time I saw 12554 Vaishali Express with some problem with the loco at Shikohabad so our train slowly skipped Shikohabad...
