End of an era in SOUTHERN RAILWAY i.e., AJJ WAM4s era has ended in SR region. So we should see it in Youtube videos and in IRI photos.
All WAM4 locos belongs to AJJ ELS are withdrawn from the services.

Why all good things come to an end WAM-4, eventhough change is the law of nature but when it replaces our nostalgic WAM-4 it hurts
Remember travelling in 12028 when it had ICF coaches. It was hauled by AJJ WAM4. And once in 12007,12008 and 12639(long long ago) dont remember when. And once in Uzhavan Express and in 11042.
I was lucky to travel in Thirukural Express with WAM-4 in lead in 2015-17 period. Those days it used to get WAP-1/WAM-4 only. I boarded at NGP and deboarded at TPJ. First I fell sad that we didn`t get HHP loco for the train whose run is similar to the king 12622 Tamil Nadu Express but the run was simply mind-blowing. Even is MS-TPJ section, the train took less time than Vaigai Express. What a trip it was.
