So, isn't Visakhapatnam the HQ of SCoR? Or do they want it to be the HQ of ECoR zone as well??
That is tongue twist from reporter or editor. In actual content the intention expressed is correctly. The demanded new zone along with waltair division.
Already zone hq is decided as Visakhapatnam that's not new' so these MPs want to hijack attention or credit.
