Poore Railways system me Loophole hai..
Pehle Agents Ko rokne Ke liye ARP 2 months Kia.. Fir Logo ka cancellation badhane Ke liye and Usse profit lene ke liye wapis ARP 4 months kar dia + with doubling of cancellation fees.
Same, pehle promote Digitalisation Ke naam pe Service Charge hataya and ab wapis se implement kar dia..
