Iske jagah MML ko terminal banane me jada focus Karte toh better hota. ICE JS aur NIR pax ko yahi se operate karte.
MML to pata nahin kaunse decade tak terminal ban payega. I seriously think land constraints k karan wahan terminal banane ka sochna hi nahin chahiye tha. Because this is creating all the delay.

KEQ ADTL bahut remote ho jayenge. Usse better hai ki HBG ko WCR me shift karke wahan se train operations chalu kare. Usko terminal banana sahi rahega.
MML ko terminal banane ka idea yahi to tha. Ki trains MML se operate hongi aur coaching complex HBG hoga. Par yahan MML par PFs to door loop line banane ki jagah bhi nahin
I would suggest ki HBG ko terminal + coaching complex banana chahiye aur waha se ek line MML ke liye banana chahiye. Toh trains HBG se originate kar sakengi (towards ET & NIR). KTE wali JBP se hi karengi.
