Filhaal yahi sahi hai, kyuki STA-KTE ko complete hone me minimum 1 saal lagega, aur KTE me LC me time bhi bahut lagta hai, but sirf ek loco attach karna ya detach karna asan rehta hai, aur diesel bhi bachta hai
