Still there is no stoppage of any Express trains. Also, ECoR is not developing BBSN as an origin station for south bound trains. passenger amenities are not there.
First big issue with this station is that the station is located in a very isolated place of bhubaneswar. Only if some south bound trains start terminating or originating from them this place can be bit crowded. At first trains like Konark, Prashanti, Visakha and BBS-VSKP should be terminated here.
Lots and lots of work is remaining .. pf 1 is still not ready to get operational
Once station will start originating some trains, developmental works will be done in priority basis.Being the head quarter, ECoR should focus for overall works.
