Average Speed will be :

shi baat hai example 15705/06,despite 130 mps avg speed 49,50 ka hi hai aur gkp se hi slack hi slack hai aur doosri baat punctuality... wo toh puucho hi mat avg delay 3 se 4 ghanta hai
