Only adding sleeper coaches or Closure of 50% trains were two options.
Now with sleeper coaches, these trains should have halts at least 150km (or more than whatever max distance season tickets are given) apart. And, GS pax should be penalized at least 1.15 times standard rates for traveling on this train and without an option to upgrade on board.
It should be made possible coz Humsafar rates will still be more as compared to normal mail / express superfast trains
I understand your concern, but if you want to travel safely, would you want all elements of present day 3rd class (SL) to occupy your seat/rake/coach?
