I couldnt understand your meaning of justification 18048 left RJY at 835 Ratnachal 847 while 17487 arrived VSKP at 1135 there is a gap of 35 mins for Ratnachal at VSKP. While 12264 took 3hrs nonstop this with 2 stops can can cover in 3hr 10 mins and still arrive at 1150. Due to block section controlling between Gopalpatnam and VSKp station trains can arrive VSKP PF in a gap of 5-8 mins and all the trains can enter into VSKP without any overtakes.
