I would like Informe to Indian Railway, Train number 13105 /06 Ballia Express, Second AC Coach removed without any Public notification. Also, the booking of the ticket Continues 2AC. After Chart Prepared Journey Realloted in Lower Class from 2A to 3A. kindly check and rectify and why removed 2AC in Ballia Express.
