75741 DEMU dashed with elephant at 08.40 hr on 27.9.19 at : Km 83/8-7 between BNQ- CRX, track Curvature 4.75 degree, ROB No. 36 at the location, Jungle area, speed restriction 75 kmph, Speed of the train was 75 kmph approx, LP could see the elephant about 50m ahead, LP applied Emergency brake but could not avoid dashing. The large elephant got injured but slowly crossed the track and went away, LP also got injured, ALP with the help of GD cleared the section to CRX at 10:43 hr, LP was attended by CMP/NMZ at CRX and he will be taken to SGUJ by ambulance for further treatment.
