I was on the train, as New coaches have 6 seats less as compared to old coaches, so 6 reserved coaches had 36 extra passengers, hence it was decided to mark an extra coach as reserved (D7), the reallocation chart was also prepared accordingly, however they missed to mention D7 anywhere in the rake came in. The general passengers boarded all the coaches that didn't have any markings and took their seats, now authorities have decided to mention D7 in one of those coaches, the general passengers were not ready to vacate the seats. This let to huge confusion and lots of senior officials and RPFs had to rush to the platform. Just a minor miss, they could have written D7 before the rake came in, led to a big issue and the train was delayed by 1hr. 30 min.
