Well, I object for this statement. Its not for white elephant or milk giving cow.
This is the new coach with latest technology and infra structure and hence there would have been provision to give such features.
Maybe, on a trail basis, they have started with this rake.
If found useful and successful, they might continue with all upcoming LHB/ICF coaches.
