Ikkada either sub standard product or poor maintenance can be culprits, train blame ekkada chestunnaru issues modhalayyayi ani antunnaru some where the crew at VSKP yard aren't fit/trained enough technically to handle this issues idhi ekkuva project avvataaniki reason AP AC lo vachina issues..

I will say this is completely fault of Vskp CDO employees and DRM.
Since trail run they knew that Uday Express have faults and made mess out of it.
These Vskp CDO employee's were carless should have brought RCF experts and properly diagnosed it to troubleshoot problems.
