Is exit both side of this station? to go to Anand vihar from PF4 which side to go to catch the auto or taxi.

Exit towards Sarai Kale Khan form Pf 7. You can get AC / Non AC bus also from there till Anad Vihar.
Usually 30 - 45 mins. But in peak time it may take more time around 1 hrs to 1.15 hrs.
