i have booked tkt on 12293 duronto exp from LTT to ALlahabad, and want to getdown in Satna, As Satna is not a commercial halt only technical halt so in any case it may happen it does not stop at Satna station???

Technical halt means it will definitely halt. But it might not be on platform.
at satna...it halts for diesel filling n staff change so it vl halt on platform....
i guess u can get down at satna,because ppl get down at kanpur central from sealdah new delhi duronto exp,dre should not be a prob
