No. It is showing 12894 Balangir BBS Intercity hauled by eloco end to end.
One possibility is Loop line not electrified from Balangir to Titlagarh.
It's a decision of WR/ECOR to give it a E-Loco or not plus it's still a newly electrified section so it will take time to switch all the links plus E-Loco's are limited as every other line is getting electrified and eloco shortage happens so BRC would also not allow it to go beyond Raipur as WR got many trains that change E-Loco at Raipur so they can get attach to different trains and use them for backup...
Both talcher - sbp and sbp- tig section electrified and elocos plying on them. Only raipur - tig section electrification not yet complete.
