I am not cruel to beggars or vendors. Already pointed out earlier that both are punishable offenses in railways. In other words, crimes. Its individuals' wish if they want to travel safely, premium and pvt. trains are an option. Please don't be so sympathetic that they be allowed onto these trains too. Tomorrow, you might want them on air ports and flights. :P
