Bro in Govt if a gazette notification is issued or any office order is out then only it is official declared. Till now nothing that sort of order is issued. Report has been made with boundaries and recommendations, operational feasibility and staff members to RB for further orders. I have read in newspapers that RB should order to provide DPR , place in RB and approve to finally announce the zone functioning date and there is no mention of the date anywhere or timeline provided. When SCoR is formed Rayagada new division should also start functioning from the same date for that they have made recommendations. It is still long way to go atleast 6 months more. Though SCoR is formed they will not be any overnight changes except names changes and to improve infrastructure it takes another 2 yrs. Moreover some of the trains which...
