QQ: What is the latest update on doubling between Daund and Wadi? I keep reading updates at multiple places, but not able to get a coherent up-to-date report. Also, one question for curiosity sake: all the new lines, do they use long continuous welded rails, or they still have lot of joints?
Wadi to Gulbarga and Bhigwan to Daund is doubled long back.
Gulbarga to Sawalagi is ready for commissioning, will be waiting for block for NI Work (postponed due to Dasara & Diwali).
Sawalagi to Kulali work is going on in rapid speed, will be completed by Mar 2020.
Kulali to Boroti is also ready for commissioning, waiting for NI block. Will be commissioned...
